We use deadstock fabric, which is high-quality, unused textile left over from other brands or mills.
Instead of letting it go to waste, we transform it into small-batch kidswear.

Using deadstock helps reduce textile waste and supports a more sustainable, intentional fashion future.

✿ Where are Casita Prado garments made?

Every Casita Prado piece is crafted through a community-centered, local production process:

• Designed in Milwaukee

• Patterns + grading by local partners

• Cut + sewn in Chicago

• Screen printed and finished locally

Keeping production close to home supports ethical labor, fair wages, and a circular Midwest economy.

✿ What is your Return for Credit Program?

Because we work with small-batch deadstock fabrics, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, once your child has outgrown a Casita Prado garment, you may return it for 11% store credit toward your next purchase.

This keeps clothing in circulation and supports our sustainability mission.

Returned garments are cleaned, repaired (if needed), and reused for further creative projects or resale events.

✿ How do I care for my Casita Prado garments?

To extend the life of your piece:

• Machine wash cold

• Turn inside out

• Hang dry or tumble low

• Avoid high heat to protect colors and prints

Gentle care = longer-lasting garments.

✿ When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days.

During collection launches or community events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate you for supporting slow, intentional fashion.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

✿ Do you offer custom orders?

Not at this time.

However, we do create custom workshops, school programs, birthday experiences, and modeling sessions.
